GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Driving Under the Influence Field notepad was developed to assist field personnel in taking adequate notes to generate a comprehensive Investigation back at the office while maintaining the confidence that all required information was obtained.

Starting with the front cover and continuing through the notepad to the back cover, every detail has been thought of and scrutinized for its pertinence in the field.

• The cover is orange to distinguish the notepad as a DUI notepad
• The cover is plastic to resist the elements
• The lower corners are rounded to ease inserting into pocket
• The inside cover has printed Pre Field Sobriety Test (FST) questions in both English and Spanish
